Returns policy

We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a full refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within 7 working days of receipt. Returns received after 7 days maybe accepted at our sole and unfettered discretion.

Cancellations
To cancel an order prior to dispatch, please email laura@soukdesigns.com. If your order has already been processed, you will have to follow our refund procedure.

Product Faults and Damage
After you have received your order, please carefully inspect the goods. If you have problems or queries relating to your order please contact laura@soukdesigns.com.

Exchanges
Instead of obtaining a full refund you may exchange the item, if you wish.  Before returning an item please contact us regarding the item you wish to exchange / replace it for.

Returns of any items received as a gift
If you received the product as a gift, and do not have proof of purchase, we will exchange the item for you.

Refunds
Please give us at least 2 - 3 business working days to process your refund once we have received your returned goods. The refund will be credited to the card/account used to make the purchase. If you have an email address we will send you an email confirming that we have refunded your card.

Returning the goods
All requests for an exchange or refund must be made in writing to laura@soukdesigns.com quoting your order number.

Please take care of the goods whilst in your possession as they must be returned in a re-saleable condition.

Please include with the goods your full contact details, a note stating the reason for return and specify whether you would like a refund or to exchange the returned item.

Any returns made to an incorrect address will not be refunded.

Souk Designs is not responsible for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.

You will need to pay for your own post and packing for returned items, unless the product is damaged.
