Small items are posted in small jiffy bags. No signature required and will fit through all letterboxes.
Large items or those over the over £50 in value will be sent Next Day Special Delivery and will require a signature. These items will be delivered Mon – Fri only. If no one is available to sign for the goods at the delivery address, Royal Mail will leave you a card.
The postage cost is determined by the weight of the package. This cost will be displayed in your shopping cart at check-out.
We aim to despatch all items item within 1 – 2 Business working days of the order being received. Standard delivery is within 3 – 5 Business working days. We use Royal Mail to deliver the orders and regret that delays sometimes occur which are outside our control.
Please note: Orders will only be delivered to the address which you have stated when placing your order. Souk Designs cannot be held responsible for any inaccurate addresses provided to us.
Upon receiving the order, you should check to see that all items listed on the despatch note match those contained in your package when you receive it. If they do not please notify us immediately by e-mail.
